380 K plane plates

Looking for some 380 K plane plates. I got some brand new 280 plates that I could trade also. Looking for just the bottom plates not the whole trim tab. Thanks.

That's the first places I tried. I didn't find any. If you get a chance ask the guy if he can get another set.

Thanks

Those won't work for me. I have the newer style with the bushing in the plate and ram. Thanks though. Put them in the swap section...you'll have them sold in no time.

They will work just fine,,,they are the same !!!!!!!!!!

the only diffrents is a 380 S and a 380 C ( the pin is bigger on the S ) if u have 380 C plates ,,,just drill out the pin hole.
The other diffrents is they are a tat stronger in the casting on the ribs for racing aplication.

THATS IT !!

I see what your saying but the new plates now use bushings in the rams and plates. I'm wondering if I can just drill the plate and do without the bushing in the plate. But I will still need the bushing in the ram to center the pin. I'll have to go look at my tabs tomorrow.

There is a "bushing" in the ram, on the "rod" end. The pin that mounts the ram to the transom plate is 1/2" in dia. and 4 7/8" long. They use the same ss pin in the rod end of the ram, with a 3/4" hole bushed to 1/2". The holes in the bottom plate as well as the transom plate are both 1/2"
Hope this helps.

Just a heads up,but unless your engines are staggered, you may have to cut off a small area where they will hit the drives in a full turn position. I believe a stencil comes with them. I put 380's on the Slingshot about five years ago. Got a great deal from Diamond Performance who cut them and repainted them. Still, one of them would still just bump one of my #5's with the wheel at full lock. With a high 'x' dimension they really helped getting on plane with a full load.

Thanks for the "heads up" on the possible contact with the drives. I figured that most people would paint them and modifying them before paint will be an easy matter.
