I know that Premier Boats in Lincoln Nebraska have an outlaw platform sitting around I dont know if it will fit or if you could modify it to fit.

Hi guys, Just want to throw a warning out there to ya.


There is a dirt bag who lives in Adah, PA that makes swim platforms and does other marine stuff. He claims that he will make you a aluminum swim platform for your boat to your specs but it is a rip off.

I sent him money to do it, he never made it, the entire summer passed by last year with no swim platform and he would not even take my call. He said that his powdercoating guy was behind when I called him from an out of state number and he finially answered. If I recall his name was Gavin or Kyle but I can not be sure.

It took me a long time to get my money back, I had to dispute with my VISA company.

Just want to throw this out there to you.

This isn't Gavin Meloy by chance is it? The same person I sent a check to about 2 1/2 months ago for my boat seats that haven't showed up. NICE.......

I believe that is his name, He does custom interior and fabricates swim platforms, also sells stuff on ebay. His girlfriend sometimes answers the shop phone, I was about to drive down there personally and take care of business. I thought that his website was something like "Custommarinefabrications.com" or something but it says the site was taken down.

So I always try to tread lightly in life and not step on anyones toes or try to offend or accuse.

But after seeing that post I have to say that this is the guy. I hope that things work out for you better than they did for me but if possible I would get your money back and have a different shop do the work.

Did you notice that his website is down? It says "This site is currently down due to lapse of server lease. please contact your server provider" this means that he did not pay his ISP the small amount of money it takes to run this site that was only about 4 pages to begin with.

HAHAHA!.........That was the first "pitch" that he used with me, he said he had a left over platform that was made for a Cig, it was not what I was looking for so he was going to make me the demensions I wanted.

Dont fall for it. Funny though, I forgot about the "left over" pitch.
