Looking for throttles / shifters for twin engines

What I am looking for is 4 handle controls with 2 switches on one of the throttles. Here is a pic that shows a basic idea of what I am searching for.
Brand can be Kiekhaffer, Livorsi, Gaffrig, Eddie Marine etc.
