I need (2) XR propshafts with bearing carriers.

I need (1) set of lower gears 1.50 or (2) sets of 1.35 gears.

Would consider (2) Complete XR Speedmasters lowers, stock length for a good price.

Linnie i have a box-o-gears in my garage from when I did my rebuilds, some are good some are so-so..you're welcome to them. I know there is only one lower set, the other set made crunch crunch noises.

Not a speedmaster, but I have have a XR lower with a nose cone for sale.

I have a complete XR lower with case damage were a prop blade hit it the flew off from the drive next to it. The gears, shafts , carrier are all perfect. this lower had an easy life on a triple engine boat.fresh water only 112 hours. always freshoil. 750.00 plus ship. send me your E mail and I will get you pics. of the lower. it is 1.5 ratio.

Sorry for the double hit. i also may have another lower vert. shaft and prop shaft. I will check in the morning and let you know.

I have one complete xr lower. It is 1.35 and like new. Less than 50hrs and all but 1 under 3000 rpm. $1500
