Konrad 540 extension boxes with transmission

I am looking for a pair of Konrad extension boxes with the built in Bam transmission. I am looking for set to adapt Bravo couplers to Konrad 540 outdrives. Anyone out there have a set or have experience with this set up? Please pm or call 270-866-4547 if you have info or parts.
