Why not just go to the hardware store and buy stainless or go to west marine.You need 4 3/8"x 3" and 4 3/8"X1-3/4" per manifold JOHN SR

i used grade 8 bolts on mine, cheap and strong. most of the black merc motor bolts are grade 8 from what i can tell

That's over kill grade 8 the main thing is you don't want them to seize in the block from rust.(stainless is forever).
