The #4's don't use a spacer it has a polygon shaft .The studs would be extra if I have them.

Frank you mean they don`t use a coupler?

Hey bud, not too familiar with the SSM IV spacers, but he needs pretty much everything to install onto a set of standard #4 drives. Thanks

Not sure if those will work on a iv with the polygon shafts. Ill have to ask around about that. Never messed with the spacer stuff on these drives

trim pins
You can use a section of 1" od stainless tubing, approx. 1/4" shorter than the length of the hole in the #5 2" spacer, to make up the difference between the #4 7/8" pin and the 1" hole that is in a #5 spacer. Also if you want longer studs for either a 1" or a 2" or a 3" spacer you can buy longer ss bolts, cut off the hex. end and thread either fine or course threads to make new longer "studs" for a lot less than Mercury wants for their studs. I know that both of the above work as I have done both.

Can you guys point me in the right direction for the studs from Mercury?
