Looking for ONE stand off box

I'm looking for ONE 10-12" extension box for a SSM #3 4 5 drive
I have a 2spd transmission with a plug in style gimble so I don't need one that will hold a trans !
I think I just need one setup with a carrier bearing for a two piece drive shaft
