These are very hard to come by. The last time I put a post up looking for some, a well known member responded and offered me exactly what I was looking for. A second member tried to outbid and cut me out of my own wanted post.

This may be the cleat you are looking for but the SM website doesn't show a picture. I bet a $ this is what you are looking for :)
