Looking for a Cat.
 

My friend sold his 32' Fountain last week so he could buy a cat. I'm looking for him and haven't found too many posted. Wanted to see if anyone knew of any that would fit the criteria. 28-30 single or twin with mild power. 500 or 525 blue motor is preferred. Nothing crazy powered that would require a lot of maintenance. Located somewhere East. Closer to KY the better. Around 2000 year model. Around $60k+/- depending on what it is. Thanks guys.

28 single with only 500 to 525 HP is going to be slow and won't even begin to ride like a cat. ( ON AIR )

Blue motor with some mods is okay. Not looking for a 1000+ HP motor.
RELIABLE.

One in his price range is sold. Other is outboards.

Friend has a 26 eliminator w fresh 500 efi runs 80 i think. 40k range i believe. I can get info in interested.

2003 377 Hustler 525 Efi #6 drives, 166 hours on a Myco trailer. Is $60k is max?

Thinking of selling mine. 32' Hydra. It's an 88 but everything has been redone. New cockpit just last season. Paint does have a few imperfections where the clearcoat must have been put on thin, easy fix. Has twin 540's, 700 hp each on single carb and hyd roller lifter cams. Using Imco SC drives on Stellings ext boxes. 36P 4 blades with 1:50 lower gears. I have 1:36 gear sets to install to get off the 36's and down to a smaller 5 or 6 blade. All maint is done every season Boat tops out at 118 so far but boat has more in it. If this might fit his needs we can talk more. I'm looking for $70K with the Myco trailer
