Seeking complete 270t or 280T drive.
 
Tired of only having tilt, I need to be able to adjust for shallow water. Looking to convert. Anyone have anything? kclewell at gmail dot com.

Stay away from the 270T. It requires a special fork on the drive and the shield is complicated with its special 3 hydro rams. The 280T is much simpler, works with the old style Merc trim pumps, the 2 rams can be simply rebuilt and you can use any run of the mill 270, 280 and even a 290 drive. I use a 270 with my 280T shield.
