I would look into Lavey Craft depending on your budget they have winter special pricing for new 2017 builds. Also look for a used 2750 Lavey Craft as it was their number one seller at one time. They 26 Lavey is a great boat as well so at least check it out.

They have for a new 2017 builds --- a 24 in which is 25.2 ft in length because they do not count the swim platform on none of their models - with a new 2017 Merc 8.2 big block, Bravo outdrive - 4 gel cote colors, full interior and tandem trailer included for $ 72. 5K - all hand laid made and all gel cote, no paint, no stick on graphics. Hell a Crownline with a small block and chopper gun built with no colors and stick on graphics is more money than that. That is a steal for a 2017 - 25.2 ft length custom - hand built / big block engine with trailer for that price and the quality of a Lavey Craft. Anyways thought I would pass that on if anyone looking to get into a new ride for 2017 .

I don't know anything about lovey craft at is this a lake boat?. Is this boat built with deep hull? My boating consists of Atlantic Ocean and Chesapeake bay.(can be rough waters)

If this helps you with any answers - years and years of a racing heritage and handle rough waters that will make you think their boats are bigger than they really are.

Just saying as an example --- If I recall correctly as many boats did not go out for the 2016 Boyne Thunder Poker Run and I did not see one single engine boat go out for the poker run - I will say in the 29 Lavey Craft I am having built currently in which is 30.6 length - We would have ran the 2016 Boyne Thunder PR.

Just an example as how well they can handle rough water. Keep in mind 99.9 % of 25 ft boats would have took one hell of pounding in those waters. Probably would not have gone out in that in a 24 / 25 Lavey Craft nor anyone else's 24 / 25 boat.
