Arneson Parts

I'm looking for a chain for an ASD 7. If you have one but don't want to part with it I'd pay to rent it so I can get one made. 901-491-4500

Just call Rik. He has these in stock and if its the older ASD6 you can upgrade to the beefier gears and chain but you did say ASD7. Pricing from Rik on these isnt bad at all

I've been trying to get parts from Rik since October. He has nothing in stock.

Can you use your old chain and have a copy made from that one?

Possibly, if I knew the correct length. Unfortunately mine is in pieces so I'm unable to determine the length.

Sorry to hear about your chain issue , but I only have one and it's in the boat and kind of a pain to take the chain box apart , I do have some studs and seals

Yea, I wouldn't want you to do that. Hopefully I have one located, waiting on the guy to get back from Costa Rica. Thanks.

well that’s a major draw back to arnesons that never gets brought up. I’m a fan, and really dislike bravo and bravo based drives, but when I Unexpectedly had to repair one last week I had all the parts by the end of the day and rebuilt the upper by the next morning.

Sounds like you have larger sprockets and less drop than what I have but thanks for measuring.

spare parts. I had a chain replaced in 2016 because the sides had wear spots. 1.36 ratio I will look thru the boxes in AM. I also have a spare drive in a shipping crate , I'll check out the ratio on that one. You are welcome to it, the old style was a Morse chain like you see in a transfer case. I did upgrade to the newer gears and chain in Nov 2016 , but it was a wait due to getting the company to tool up.

Rik came through with a chain/sprocket setup. Thanks to all for the responses.
