Blue Isotta aria

I know this is discontinued. I know the silver is still being made. Supposedly they will be making blue again but in the meantime I’m just looking to see if anyone has one they want to part with.

I'm in the same boat(no pun intended) for a red one...best looking wheel out there I think and of course they discontinue it lol

Isotta is making the Silver Aria again, I will have the Silver Aria in stock in a month.

Crude Intentions 02-17-2019 10:08 AM

Yeah. Waiting on blue. Isotta keeps telling me they will make it again. In the meantime seeing if someone has one they bought for a project or something they wanna part with.

As i have a brand new silver one sitting in garage, I’d possibly sell my blue one! It’s not perfect tho.... blue sections are immaculate but on the chrome there is some chipping, not scratches but chrome flaking the reason Isotta discontinued the Aria. Last email i got from them was they are hoping to do blue again but aren’t sure how long or when. Only took 4 years for them to rerelease the silver one...

yeah I’ve been in contact with Isotta also. I appreciate the offer but I’d rather have one not chipping. Lol

Crude, if you find one in any color you can have it painted whatever color you like. I’ve painted three different Aria wheels and they turned out great and lasted years. They also make them with the spokes polished. Not all of them are chromed, which is crap for a boat.

Crude Intentions 03-19-2019 07:46 PM

Thanks. After looking further it looks as if the wheel part unbolted from the spokes? If so I’ll buy a new silver one and paint it my blue anyhow.

Faster Daddy 03-20-2019 12:40 AM

You can only take off the decorative covers, but I just removed them and we taped the spokes off and painted away. Had my paint/body shop do them for me and they turned out great. Painted two yellow and another one lollipop red to match all my powder coat.

Crude Intentions 03-20-2019 01:44 AM

Awesome. Thanks. I think the new ones are polished aluminum spokes so that’s better than chrome

ive been waiting and waiting for blue. its the best looking wheel i think. then they just stopped making them.

Crude Intentions 03-20-2019 03:43 PM

That’s why I’m happy to know it can be painted. Problem solved. Silver is being made again. Order silver and paint the same color as dash. Done deal

I thought the spokes were always polished stainless in the past?
Thx

I’m not sure. Never owned one. There are complaints of the chrome bubbling and peeling so to me it was just a playing. The description now says polished aluminum. It won’t flake.
