4 do and 4 dont on each side............use a header gasket that fits your head and lay it over the header flange and mark the hole location, its a 3/8 stainless flange and tough to drill but can be done, some of CMI's have both patterns drilled from the factory, GenX

Is the 496 pattern the same as the 502 as well?
