Looking for a couple low temperature or 120°F thermostats.

Top of my head AZ Speed and maybe CP Performance sell them.

Yeah, they don't have any in stock. And there is not much on the internet.

What do you run a 120* in? I always run 140* and drill a couple 3/16ths holes in them.

Don’t know if it’s helpful but did a quick search on eBay by just typing in 120 degree thermostat. Came up with a few options. Listed below is a link for one. Again not sure if it’s what you need but maybe it’ll help.

I run cold engines, it's my personal preference. I run towards the larger tolerance sizes on bearings and 15-50 oil. My new 420 builds are running 180°F+ water with the stock 142°F thermostats with holes and my oil temp is 220°F after the cooler. I want around 130°F water and 160°F oil after the cooler.

I think I've got a couple - they may be new? (From my 575 days).

Apologies! I completely forgot - trying to get this boat sold, and have been a little per-occupied. ...that 24 hour trip to LOTO didn't help over the weekend either! LOL

Rookie - I'm sorry. I looked last night and could not find them. My guess is they went in the trash last time I was purging (junk). If they show up, I'll let you know - but I've looked in my usual spots for small parts and they are not there.

Too bad snowmobile thermostats are physically smaller. They have many different temp t-stats. To name a few, 130,110,105, and recently Polaris went to 95*f tstats. :)

It's all good. I'll buy new 140's and drill the pi$$ out of them and block my water pump bypass, lol

CP Performance just emailed me back and said that they are now in stock and will notify IT to update their website. On a great note. CP Performance has finally got their act together with their shipping charges! They now charged a reasonable rate. I have done my best to avoid them after they charged me $27 to ship 2 oil temp senders. (12 yrs??) They charged me $9.99 to ship 4 thermostats.
