Transaction didn't work out. I am still in need of this RH TEMPEST PLUS 23 PROP. Please help a long time OSO member out!!

This is a 23 RH I bought this fall. I took out once and too much bite and pitch for my setup. Pulled down 800 rpm from my 21 mirage. Previous owner supposedly had some cup added for his boat then sold boat. I can vouch for it having good bite and lots of bow lift, but can't swing it unless I add some more HP. Its in perfect shape. I have $550 in it, will sell for $500 plus freight.
