I'm coming off a 110+ plus outboard Cat lake boat.

Need Rough water reliable Lake Rocket

What will it take this boat to run right? Hole shot, top end, HP Required, Drive, Ratio, Steering, Prop? K-planes to use? Does someone have the recipe to make this boat run.
