1991 Ultimate Warlock 25

A buddy of mine is looking at one of these. Can anybody give me any info on this boat?

Also, the seller told him it was a Eliminator 25 Daytona hull. Ultimate bought the hulls from Eliminator then rigged them and sold them as Ultimate Warlock's? Any truth to this???

Warlock did buy some hulls, I thought they were the old Eliminator East hulls. Maybe they where the old Obsession hulls, but really none of them ended up being used and Carter eventually just cut them up.
