27 WC bilge wood
 

I am trying to see if anyone has stripped down and redone the bilge on a 27 world class, I am in the process of cleaning it all up and have discovered a couple of soft areas, there are 2 boards that appear to be storage that are soft, as well as a soft spot on a bulkhead where a battery was located. It looks like everything in the bilge was sprayed with gelcoat and only the stringers got glassed?

Any help is appreciated.
