Thanks Todd. Sounds like the new officials have recognized a need for change and are implementing measures to do so. Cops being nice is a great thing. I cannot tell you how many times I tried to talk to cops when I was there in the past and they looked at me like I had a bomb strapped to my chest, figuratively speaking of course.
Anyway, I think only time will tell but it's nice you are trying nonetheless - I'll see ya on the water !!
