I Feel Short Changed. Got My Refund Check 10 Days Ago. Mine Was Only $1100.00

Received my refund check about two weeks ago for $1300
Had Allstate on my boats for 20 years. So far know one has matched their price and coverage.
Saved even more money last year when I combined everything with Allstate.
1998 Formula 353 with 525's
1988 Concord 250 EFI
$1400 per year

You need to read the itty bitty tiny print on the back of the check ....

sez .. cashing this check constitutes signing back up with Allstate ..

I can only imagine if you guys are getting such checks, how much the attorneys who brought the class action suit or threat thereof are making... My guess is two to three times more than you guys.

You love yourself. Your life is insured. You love your family. Their lives are insured. But what about your car? It must be close to your heart. After all it is one friend you can count upon when you are running late for a date or for a movie. Right? That means you sure love your car and its life is as important to you as your beloveds. I'll never do business with them again.
They dropped us (auto coverage) without reason, explanation, or notice, except to tell us our policy was canceled. That cancellation placed us on the risk list for 4 years and we paid outrageously high prices because of it.

"You're in good hands with Allstate"......yeah right.
They'll drop you like a hot rock.

I will never do business with them again either. Their latest deal is to drop windstorm coverage for homeowners living up to two counties inshore. A lot of people have already been switched into a state risk pool with little or no warning at a cost of about 860.00 a year(Texas).

They have consistently been the target of investigations by the state for their practices.

I was fortunate to switch to a farm bureau insurance co. that is cheaper than any of the other majors before Allstate pulled their latest stunt

I have allstate on my vehicles. I've had 2 claims(neither one was my fault) in 4 years on the same vehicle. They just keep cutting the claims checks. We'll see what they do after this last one.

I got right at $2900,00 and a friend just under 2 grand. After 30 years with Allstate, I never, never had a problem, and felt the refund was well deserved...
