people say its sold??? Like I said banks suck.... I have been going to auctions to buy houses.They never go,bank takes them back...
Some people have good luck at the boat auctions,my brother inlaw just bought a 67 sportfish out of Jarrett bay boat works brand new not finished repo.worth 2.5 million finished.bought for 350k 4 weeks ago.He also was inches close to a 65 Hatteras,and a 53 bertram.His bid on the hatteras was 250k he is so happy that deal went south.Flew down and they wouldnt let him sea trial the boat or haul it out. If you know the boat and can do the work its all good.
