Default 2000 32 fuel tank

My buddy owns the original? Thunder Struck 32 with Procharged 502 MPIs.....He's (we) are wondering why the two fuel tanks are separate, one for each engine theres even two fuel gauges......is there any way to join the two????.....right now when on the trailer he has to pull down the center of the gas station and gas the boat from pumps on either side of the boat if he doesnt want the procedure to take...........a long time.

All 32's are like that and so are a lot of other twin engine boats. I can just pull mine close to the pump and the hose will reach over the top.

You would have to compromise the main stringer in order to have a gravity feed tube between both tanks. Not to mention the additional points of failure.

The integrity of the tanks is more important than the fueling logistics, so they care kept separate.

You could add a pump system to equalize them if you wanted to.

I am pretty sure that boat was owned by and old friend of mine, Adam in VA at one time. Good to see it still out there and doing well.

I sat at a table yesterday at Tim's II, at Fairview beach in VA and there was a picture of that boat on our table, the tables are a collage of pictures. I just think thats crazy that it was on my table and now here it is again....

Yeah Brian I know he bought it off a guy in Florida but the guy told him he bought it out of Va......heres a couple more pics, he added some matching graphics above the rubrail....the boat is always stored inside, we had a great summer up here, he's had it out probably 20 times this season (which is a huge number for up here) and yes the boat is doing great he loves it....I ride in it all the time, I love it!
