Everyone has a favorite brand,myself I don't. I run over the counter everyday plugs,even in my blower motor,I never liked the idea of "racing" plugs except in drag motors and have never seen a difference. I would run .040 or .045 gap with the msd and open it up another .005 everytime you change the plugs until it acts up or you get to .055-.060. I just dynoed my motor normally aspirated at .050 with msd 6al and it was fine but I only have 8.22-1 compression,you have more compression,I would start at .040 and work up. If you run WOT sustained and are working on jetting down I'd start cold on the plugs and work towards hotter if they foul,Smitty
