On a 582 CI N/A engine, the increase was supposedly 18HP on the dyno. Don't know what/if anything would be seen on a stock 502 engine.

I put a 1" JOMAR Performance tapered 4 hole spacer on my 522 and it improved the throttle response dramatically. The top end difference was barely noticeable, although 18hp is about 1mph. Definitely worth it though, I'm having so much fun jumping on the gas I will probably break my drive now.

I picked up 1 mph on my Checkmate with a 516 cid engine...

It's one of those things you just have to try.. Definitely not a miracle cure for anything but it DID work for me...

Your best bet would be to contact Scott at CFM technologies..... I believe he had a hand in the development of it....

Read what we found out about it on the dyno..had lean issues pulled the spacer off and help out getting the a/f ratio richer.
