Default 540 Bulldog

Any one able to tell me which mark on the crankshaft gear wheel (sprocket) I should use to time the engine.

I have the choice of 3, a circle, a triangle or a rectangle, but I don't know which one to use.

Your help would be much appreciated.

Default cam timing

Looking at the motor front to rear, with the crank keyway @ 2 o"clock position ( #1 TDC) the mark @ 12 o'clock is your mark. I believe it is usually the "o".
