This is what you need to do,,,Cam,,Drill idle bleed hole on throttle body from 1/8 to 1/4,,,ecu reprogram..prop...New engine cover decals...
I have done it on my last 2 boats and worth it!!

Very nice BoatNT got a couple questions for ya
1. Did you slide out old and slide in new on the same cam bearings?
2. How much clearance did you need in front of the motors?
3. Are the Valve springs the same from HO to MAG?
4. How many hours have you ran since the swap?
5. Total cost of parts alone including the reflash
4.

If you only have one supercharge.I first did the ecu ,maybe 2 mph it sounded better ,then 2.3 supercharger with160 hr,s on stock bottom end.honestly I couldent blow it up.instant 11 mph I always ran 10% race fuel also I,ve been makeing 850 hp since 07 at least 200 hrs with these ones 1 motor still runs great other broke numerous times the last time I had it apart foundno. 3 injector was not plugged in plug was resting in place Im biuling 2 new short blocks now Im going with the dart heads with biger valves . Im not going for more power. just availability. Raylar wants almost 3400.00 for his heads Im not spending 8k to save 100 lbs .

same cam bearings...you need about 28-30"clearance....1st boat I did has over 150 hours since upgraded and my new boat only about 15 hours so far..Valve springs are the same..I am a GM Master tech so I did all the work my self,,costed me less than $2.000.00 to do both engines..
