Stern Jack or Extension Box on 25 Outlaw
As always I am looking for more speed and I wonder if anyone out there has added either of these to their boat whether it is a 25 or not. I have a 502 with a standard Bravo and standard steering. I know that external steering ould most likely need to be added at some point or maybe not. The reason I am thinking about this route is I would like to maintain the 5 year warranty I paid for so a blower is not an option right now. I have only had the boat a year and 3 months and have 270 hours. No need to let it sit on the trailer eh???? Thanks for the input. Daze since se have the same boat maybe we can get a 2 for one deal. You pay for the first and I'll take the second, how does that sound????

I originally just bolted on an IMCO neutral box and took it off and I'm putting a Stellings box on my 30' Cobra Cat so I can hook up my On-Board-Dyno. I just traded for this 3" raised box which came off a 25' Daytona Cat with a blackhawk drive. He needed a straight box and the 3" raised is what most people need.

Hey JAX ,
I called stern jack when I owned my 25 and they basically told me to forget it. I talked to the baja rep at the mpls boatshow and the extension box gets you 1 mph max. THe 25 likes big water bur needs lots of ponies to get it moving. I picked up about 3 mph on my 33 in answer to your previous question.
