that's interesting, because my top deck has no cleats or vents, or holes for that matter. I also do not have a hole drilled or a through hull for a bilge pump.

That is infact my hull number. I took this pics today. I did however find a discrepancy.
This was my first boat purchase that I did not compare hull number to tite/documentation to the actual boat. I found a discrepancy with the title HIN. There is a transposed number. I contacted the gentleman that I purchased the boat through. He is looking into the discrepancy and stated that he will correct this for me.
I did ask about the posibility of two boats being pulled from the mold with the same numbers. He is looking into that aswell.
