Thanks, boats will come and go, I truly had no idea what it was going to be when It came up, I was surprised to see the extent. i had assumed it rolled and sank, the deck sheer was not expected.

My gawd , what a story . To smash up a tough little boat like that and live to tell the tale is just incredible . Glad to hear that you're ok and still want to get back in the saddle. Hopefully you can share your experience with anyone else who has the same goal in mind that you did . You might save a life .
Gotta love those Cig 20's though .

Tough boat is right... to go through that much blunt force and only have the deck/hull separate is unreal....most boats would explode into shredded fiberglass.

How is your therapy going?

therapy is going well thanks, acupuncture twice a week, I went into icu at 4 on Sunday, got out about 4 on Tuesday, was back at work at 9 on wed... i had a lambo svj being delivered i had to work on. i think continual working has helped more than its hindered, but 26 years of installing film and repetitive motion has my arm and shoulder a lil jacked. it will be fine in time. i think im going to retire next year and slow down work wise and just go boating and enjoy life.. but anyone that knows me knows i cant resist cool projects...

So, back to my boat search. I found one, thought it looked good in the pictures, went to see it, and it was a complete pile. Amazing how much pictures can hide. It needs a complete restoration. Maybe that's what I should expect from such an old boat. The search continues... Trying to post pics
