Gas Tanks

There are 2 gas tanks in the Bullet. Does each engine run off of there own dedicated tank or is there some common line that feeds both engines. I was just woundering because one of my tanks was so much fuller than the other.
Thanks

In mine, one tank feeds each engine. No crossover.

Re: Gas Tanks

My '94 Bullet has each tank feeding an engine and there is a crossover valve on each tank.

Re: Gas Tanks

How about the fuel pump switchs on the dash. I have 2 of them. Does it matter if they are on or off. I have been running with them in the off position and it runs fine? Just wondering what would happen if I run with them in the on position??

You probably have mechanical fuel pumps, so the switches are just for looks.

Donīt you have the electric "diesel pumps" in a Bullet ?
In my Top Gun the electric pumps kicks in if the fuelpressure gets to low and the mechanical pumps canīt keep up.
Show me a picture of the forward part of your engineroom and I will tell you if you have the electrical pumps.

Mine has been converted over to just electric pumps only.
