Sonic
my parents had the same boat....66 20' Bahia Mar. They sold it in the late 80's. had a 6cyl merc. Great riding boat!! when the first fiberglass boats started comming out, they didn't know how much glass to put in.....So they loaded it up.....making rock solid heavy boats.

Is that for sale ? Where is it located ?

90 Force 3500 (Cig 35 plug), 26 Searay 79, 20 Bertram with twin small blocks 81
I have 20ft Bertram with a pair of Merc small blocks and V-drives. It was a one off built by a guy called Arthur Fields. He was an Australian engine builder and ski racer having built many of the fastest ski boats of the late 70's and early 80's. My boat was built as the training boat for a boat called Plus One. Plus one held the Australian Bridge to Bridge record longer than any other boat I can remember but come training time, our bay gets a little rough, so the Bertie was called for duty.

Unfortunately it is in need of restoration and will be done once the Cigarette is finished.
