As h20boater says-check photos for hull#
Hull# photo is posted: Mag27326. Also, a few have asked where it is located. It is in Ft. Lauderdale.
So here are the names she went under from what I can gather. Started as Lil Smidgen (love this name) -owner Wally Harper, Seminole Spirit (owner-Don Patrona), American Spirit (owner-Charley Lynch), Shockwave, & finally Power Hungry.
Hey Lee, finishing restoration of 73 AMX Javelin right now-pulled motor last weekend so I can paint engine compartment. Taking one of them on Power Tour this summer-Florida to Detroit.

Len,
I will only guess. The Hull # 27326 was sold or shipped to Emerald City in MI
H2o -Showed the photos of the boat with the various hatch covers on it, one showing the boat with the hatch covers that are in the photo with the boat now Fla.
Am not sure how many 27 sports had the engine compartments extended to cover where the back seat would normally be? There are only two that i know of.
I am sure that Mark(H2o) would know alot better then I would
Thank you
Jim

Was A.P.B.A. National Champion in 87
Added a couple more photos to the link including the faded graphics I missed until I jumped up on bow today that read "A.P.B.A. National Champion 87".
Tag on the trailer is fron New Jersey and dated 03, so it's been sitting since then. No idea who brought it down to Florida as it was stored at the property and they stopped paying rent years ago. Luckily last renter didn't care about it as it was in the corner.

Boats going back home!
Looks like forum member Lens Mag Marine is taking over the project and she'll be going back up north where she first raced. Hope she gets restored and races again!
