You don't want to pay mercury $$$
I have a u-joint in my shop will get the number for you, Not sure its a spicer but you can cross the number.

just talked to spicer about their U joints for Marine apps FWIW spicer told me none as they got out selling U joints for the marine end and really not to use what they are recommended for the auto world..

I would call their tech line and verify if the same holds true.

Their exact words were not enough volume to even warrant selling U Joints for marine apps.

Spicer 5-188X U-Joint 1480 Series
This is what you need marine or not will work the same. Same as a dry sump.
On ebay cheep.

The early number VIs ran a Spicer 5-1410X we just did a set on some early flat top number VIs
