Motor numbers look great! This should give you little extra giddy up.

Update. Got her in the water yesterday everything went great with the new power. The outdrive performed flawlessly. She handles way better than ever before. I've got one issue to work out before I can air it out though. For some reason with the new motor and 30p prop the transmission will not hold under heavy load. It holds if you ease in to it but it cuts loose when I try to bury the throttle. Gonna put a pressure gauge on it this weekend and see what's going on before I pull it out and see what kind of mods I can make to it. All in all I'm pretty damn happy with it and pretty sure triple digits are in the near future

Great news about the improvements in handling. What rpm are you looking to turn? At about what RPM does the transmission slip? I will be interested to hear your next steps. Good luck and please keep us posted.

I'm looking to turn it 5800 to 6000. It's has started slipping at anything much over 4500 rpm. And when I say slip I mean it let's go completely. If I back of the throttle it'll hook back up

what shaft did you use to connect the bravo lower with trs up? Or did you just use the stock shaft and cut new splines on one end?

I was able to use the stock shaft as a platform but there is more to it than just recutting splines
