Default Bravo 2 oil leak at water intake after drive was serviced.

Ok so got my Bravo2 back form the shop after a service. Upper pinion and seal changed and lower half serviced.
Installed on boat filled with gear lube. Now I see small amount of lube coming out of water intake. Any ideas? This orange seal they mention in post where is it located? Maybe they forgot to put it in? Could it be that puck still?
What if they did not use merc orings. I have serviced the lower myself last year with no problems. 1 question always came up about the proper procedure on installing the 2 O-rings . bellows sealant on one side and lube on the other? Was wondering what your take was on this. Thanks a bunch.

Take it back and tell them to do it right this time. OH and they owe you some grease.

honestly going to drop lower end myself. Just wondering what some people do as far as rtv, bellows Adh., or just grease when installing new O-rings? Also should I use Merc parts or is quicksilver or GLM just as good?

The O Ring for the oiler hole may have moved a bit when they put the upper & lower together,, and first make sure the bolts are tight , I recently had a customer w/ same problem, the repair shop that repaired it forgot to tighten the bolts.

Well bought all new seals. It seems that the o ring for the small oil o ring which was black in color (not orange like the one I got) was crushed. 8 bucks later it is holding pressure. Going to refill drive today.
