Ok, last night I attempted the final coat. I finished up about 6 pm. This morning I wiped off some of the PVA and tried sanding. It's filling the paper. I thought ok, not quite cured enough and I put heat lamps on the area. Go back a half hour or so later and that area feels "sticky".

Temp is and has been in the upper 70's but very high humidity.

My mix was 4 batches of 12 oz Gel, 5 oz Duratec, and 12 ml of catalyst. When I was finished I sprayed PVA. The gel in my cups can peel out of the cup and is hard enough to sand on the back side but aslo sticky on the surface - but it had no PVA.

Should I keep filling my sandpaper or wait for further cure? Is it possible that the area I am starting with is thin? I think I read somewhere that gel will not cure properly if it isn't thick enough.
