Default Removing spray on bedliner

Anyone know a good way to remove this stuff? Any chemicals that will soften it? My tailgate was stolen on Monday and I bought one Off craigslist. I need to take the handle out so I can have the lock rekeyed but the sprayed over the bolts on the cover.

I figured since I have to take that off and get it painted to match I would remove the rest of the liner and have it done right.

if you just want the bolts out, razor blade around them and cut the seams, it will give you access to the latch. at my shop I have an induction heater to remove the stuff.

I would like to remove all of it. Not sure what brand it is but it was not done very well and I would rather just have it painted.

I was thinking I could heat it with a torch and scrap it off or maybe try some aircraft stripper?
