Finished cutting the transom, filled any holes that weren't being used. Picked out a silver color that matches the gauge and switch panels and should be done tomorrow. Bolt the gimbles on and steering rams this week.

It's DuPont chroma base. I forget the paint code, it's an old gm color I got out of the catalog. I'll check the can when I get back home. I forget the clear name. It's a pretty hard clear, and the chroma base came up as the best match when they scanned the hull sides to match up for the scratch repairs, so I figured stick with the same for the color change on the transom.

Update, water pickups all mounted, steering is on, motor mounts all made and drilled, through bolted bolsters to the floor so screws stop backing out.
Next is to clean the bilge out fill some small screw holes and repaint.
Finish putting motors back together, rig all the coolers, and make backing plates for the dash panels. Hoping to be done in February or March.
