At the Shootout in the Ozarks a boat was tied up and I noticed his tie bar fell off. I pointed that out to the owner and he thanked me and proceeded to untie and go for a ride. I told him he not to go, his comment was the external steering rams would hold everything in place. I really wanted to follow him to see the boat as the drives toed out. I sure his ride was fun. So two tie bars can only help!!!!
