Can't get State Farm to touch it. They had my dads 35 w/ 500's a couple of years ago but are saying no to this. Agent was told by the underwriter that they made a mistake before and shouldn't have covered his. Everything else I own is with State Farm so I'd love to stay with them.

Looks like the use of wood or plastic makes a huge difference in the install job. No way I could have done mine in the boat. It appears you were able to keep yours more centered than placed in the corners?

My ins is under $800 also. Indiana Ins. Just changed over to them as this yr as previous co. was dropping ours. Forget who.

They never even questioned me on it. I have a lot of policies through them personal and work related: liability, vehicles, Office, houses, and toys

The boat has been with them for going on 5 years but things might be different in your area.

Good luck

Great post, I've been contemplating on adding some somewhere on my 29...I would really like to have some up front like the newer models but don't have a clue where to find something that would work...Where did you get the cup holders, they look like either anodized or powdercoated...They really look sweet...

Default I put these in my 27

From boaters world, had suction cups on them to mount flat. Took those off and screwed to the side. Work perfect, hold coozie and the cops cant see them when they stop you.
Photo wouldn't upload, look at for sale ad in swap shop the dash photo will show it. Thanks. JC
