Ahhhh.... That sucks, sorry to hear. Gotta pull 1 of mine for a head gasket, hopefully I caught it early enough.

Motor is at the machine shop. All new ss valves will be installed. The dry pipes were not as loud as I thought they would be.

That sucks about the valve dropping. How did the rest of the engine look since you have it apart?

I think all damage is in the #5 cylinder. I only removed the one head. The machine shop has not tore the rest down. I hope to get results this Friday. I'm pulling the other motor out this week also.

Glen did you drop a seat and than break a valve? I did it two times past two years what a mess.Starting to wonder about the gas we are using.

Mabey. Valve stem was still there. I pulled out the 2nd motor tonight. I will have it refreshed also with manley severe valves. Will post what the shop says.
