The boat is the real deal... It is a one owner boat me and my wife had built. Boat has never left Kentucky and has been garage kept since day one. I have 2 kids in college and would like to sell. Would hate to see my old girl go and may not. Boat is priced to sell with no hidden agenda. Whoever gets it will not be disappointed for sure. Serviced and ready for another year whether it sells or not.

That a nice looking boat.
I am some what surprised that you cannot find a 29 in the 44000 price range. There is a nice looking 29 with single 496 in florida for 45000 on Boats & Yaghts for sale. There is a beautiful 32 on craigslist for 40000 I want to say it was in the ohio area It had the green eclipse graphics. I think if I would have found that before my 29 I would have bought that one.
2000 27 ft [email protected]
I only bring this up because I notice that you are in the Jersey area a 27 can get small. IMO I would wait a month or two there will more than likely be a lot more pop up for sale. Just have the cash ready to go.

38-40K would be a good price if the interior and gel coat are in good condition. It is very hard to tell form pictures, you need to go see the boat in person and take it for a ride to see if everything works and make sure it runs good.
I bought a 2003 that looks exactly like that a year and a half ago, except red interior instead of blue and my windshield is a little taller with a better trailer and 145 hours for 38k OTD. They were asking $44,500.

The 29's are reasonable with that power but to get one with a 525 you will have to pay a lot more. Another big factor on price is salt or fresh water boat. Then it comes down to condition. If the gel is in good shape, has no dock rash, the upholstery shows little to no wear and the boat has been run in fresh water only then you would expect to pay more.
Pop Yachts usually puts a high price on the boats that I have looked at that they were brokering. Makes me think that that boat may have been well used without even seeing a picture.
