Hi Rick,
Our runs are never about speed. It is simply an excuse to enjoy a hopefully beautiful day, learn the waters of SWF, cruise at your own rate and make new friends. If you review the list of participants there is a broad range of equipment. We usually have a catch up point in route so everybody can band back together. On some large runs we have divided into two groups according to speed.
You will no be left behind. If the gulf is rough, as it can occasionally be, we will cruise the intercoastal waters and still enjoy a wonderful ride and a great lunch.

Hey,
Was on our way to Captiva for lunch. On the return trip we lost some power steering fluid and stopped in the little inlet area at New Pass to dump in more fluid.
