You can print the entry form from the website and fax it , gives us a heads up on how many and we can prepack the goodies. You can just pay when you get here no prepayment is needed.

I already posted on "E Dock" thread but I though I might post here as well. Just spoke with Dave from Loto, "GET'R DONE" will be here Friday about 11.

Eric,

Just about everything i've called is booked up. Dumb move on our part to wait this long. What is available is Grand Lodge and the Holliday Inn in Vanita. I also found some suites over at Shangri-La. Which one do you guys suggest??

Since you guys have a center console Shangri-la might be cool.

Mavrick, You might try this place,918-782-9742, Great location and nice, but not many rooms. I also have a call into one more place that may have something, I will let you know if they have anything.How many rooms do you need.

We will also have a shuttle "urban assault vehicle" if you end up staying a ways away and need a ride.
