Re: Just purchased Cary 50 with red hull
That is what we are trying to figure out. We have only had the boat for about 3 weeks. So far #1 turbo has been replaced, #3 exhaust man gasket replace, #2 transmission (should be installed tomorrow), and the list just keep growing.
Your guess is as good as mine right now. Does anyone have any idea what top end should be? |
Re: Just purchased Cary 50 with red hull
You have 300-315 yanmars or the 350-420 for power?

Re: Just purchased Cary 50 with red hull

Looks a lot like one that the Terrible Herbst family did a few years back, four Yanmars, surface drives, exotic steering, etc. Freddy Miller formerlly out of Gentry did some of the work...

Re: Just purchased Cary 50 with red hull
You have the right boat. Any idea how to get in touch with Freddie Miller? The boat has been pretty much sitting in the water since the re-rig. Seller was no help at all. We are looking for any info we can get.

Re: Just purchased Cary 50 with red hull
pool 1, Freddy moved from Boulder City to Chandler AZ but I don't have any numbers. Hope you can search him out. Have another name, but he's out of town for two weeks. If you haven't tracked anyone out by then, get back to me...
