I'm going by memory on this so not sure if correct. I'll do some more digging to see if true.

I recall in the 90's the Nevada Silver State Classic Challenge road race faced a simular suit. A Ferrari Testarossa rolled over killing a husband and wife, if remembered correctly the family sued. Today they enforce higher tire ratings, think that was the only damage done to them in being held slightly liable for the accident.

You guy's may want to contact them and if I'm right get a copy of the case, could have an angle for your lawyers.

Has it occured to anyone that the lawyers who brought this shameful act work for the one person ultimately responsible for the accident? He could have stood up and told them no. He is the one with all the money here by the way. We know you are busy Marc but sounds like we could get a little fund going for the make a wish if you set it up. Let us know. NK
