At this stage it will be a matter of finding out in a court of law just how airtight the original release was written..

I'm with the sugestion an unofficial event be held to raise $$ for the kids..

Maybe we can set up a legal fund to help offset some of the bills, perhaps everyone that has ever attended a poker run or fun run can throw in a bit of money.

why not, entering a poker run is not a secret event, is it against the law to send someone a letter, if so I think I will have Capital One arrested:D I am not suggesting physical harm or anything like that

Maybe one of the lawyers here will comment. It would be harassment and would not help, but certainly hurt the chances of a good outcome in court.

well then I guess we should all lay down and just take it:( maybe us MI folks should let our representatives and the local legal system know how we feel about frivolous law suits
