Help identifying outdrive

I have an outdrive that is on a 24' Searay that I need help properly identifying. The motor is a GM 350 V8 255 HP engine # 4499138, it has a velvet drive transmission model # MCM-C serial #09817, the prop is about 19 3/4". I believe this is either a TR, II-TR, or possibly a TRS. I am having to replace the lower housing, part # 1641-4854, and will have to replace all the bearings and seals. For me to order the seal and bearing kit I need to know excactly what I have. I have been all over the outdrive and cannot find any numbers any where. Thank you. If more info is needed please advise at to what you need.

Sounds like you have a TR drive ( ability to swing a 20" prop) with a MercTrans. They were popular on older Sea Ray cruisers. If you have a hard time finding parts, the Konrad 520 is a direct bolt-on.

I don't think it would be a MercTrans if its bolted to a Velvetdrive. I agree w/biggus that its probably a TR if its swinging a 19 3/4" diam. prop.
